HAI: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2012

H.A.I Joint Stock Company explained the business fluctuation in quarter 4/2012 (from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012) as follows:

-         In quarter 4.2012 profit after tax was VND10,690,369,454. While profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011 was –VND4,627,251,600. Because revenue in Quarter 4/2012 was VND230,082,245,930, increasing 51% compared to VND152,813,039,742 of Quarter 4/2011 leading to gross profit in Quarter 4/2012 was VND37,719,358,946, increasing 55% compared to VND24,359,837,239 of Quarter 4/2011. Besides, in Quarter 4/2012 the company delayed the long term financial provision from VND12,150,606,482 to VND9,031,971,631.

       Profit after tax  in 2012 decreased from VND49,958,739,738 to VND40,707,809,601 (23%)
