HLA: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q4/2012

Huu Lien Asia Corporation explained the fluctuation in consolidated profit after tax from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012 compared to from July 01, 2011 to September 30, 2011:

-         Consolidated profit after tax from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012 was higher than from July 01, 2011 to September 30, 2011 because:

+         Revenue from selling and service supply from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012 was higher than the same period last 2011 because revenue from selling increased VND414,446,149,565 compared to the same period of last year.

+         Gross from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012 increased VND9,874,345,861 because ratio gross profit/ net revenue of 2012 was higher than 2011.

+         Financial expenses from July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2012 decreased VND13,240,546,383 due to interest rate in 2012 decreased.

+         In the last six months of 2012, the company delayed the reserve for bad debts.
