QHD: Explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012
On 02/10/2012, Viet - Duc Welding Electrode JSC announces the explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as follows:
The rental of Viet – Duc Welding Electrode JSC in 2010 was: VND 84,172,000.
Based on the Decision No. 2093/QD-TTg on 23/11/2011 of Prime Minister, the annual rental could not be more than 2 times of the rental in 2010. Therefore the rental of 2011 and 2012 should be : VND 84,172,000 * 2 = VND 168,344,000.
According to the Invoice of Thuong Tin District Tax Department about the annual rental, the rental in 2011 and 2012 of Viet – Duc Welding Electrode JSC was VND 1,349,869,000 per annual.
The company sent correspondences to Ha Noi Tax Department and Thuong Tin District Tax Department to explain about this issue. While waiting for the official announcement of the Tax Department, the company made the advance payment for rental according to the Decision No. 2093/QD-TTg on 23/11/2011 of Prime Minister so there was an variance of VND 2,615,566,000 in the audited financial statement.
