HPB: Explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012

On 01/10/2012, PP pack making JSC announces the explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as follows:

By the audit time for the fiscal period from 01/01/2012 to 30/06/2012, the company had not declared and paid the environment protection tax according to the Circular No/ 152/2011/TT-BTC on 11/11/2011 of the Ministry of Finance. Based on the Official Dispatch No. 1313/BCT-CNN on 23/02/2012 and No. 3678/BCT-CNN on 02/05/2012 of Ministry of Industry and Trade about temporarily postponing applying of Environment Protection Law on plastic bag, so the company had not listed or paid environment tax for plastic bag and would execute when having the official instruction from the related Ministries.
