DAC: Explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012

On 02/10/2012, Viglacera Dong Anh JSC announces the explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as follows:

According to the Announcement of Dong Anh District Tax Department, the rental of the first 06 months 2012 of the company was VND 485,539,000. However, due to the Decision No. 2093/QD-TTG of the Prime Minister on 23/11/2011 about the 50% discount for rental with the economical organizations, the company was under a discount of 50% of rental fee. Because of the right use of the land, the company was being reduced the rental fee in 2011 and 2012 by 50%. Due to the decree no. 121, the rental fee would increase by 2 times compared to 2010.
