HJS: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QIII.2012 compared to QIII.2011
According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2012, profit after tax increased by more than 10% year on year. Nam Mu Hydropower JSC explained the change in operating result in Quarter III/2012 as follows:
In QIII/2012, profit after tax was VND5,871,855,196 with an increase of 376.87 % compared to QIII/2011 (VND1,231,332,429)
Reasons:
1. Increase of revenue from electricity production in QIII/2012 with VND1,013,999,472 because Nam An hydropower went in operation.
2. Increase of extraordinary revenue: VND2,248,936,605 from the contract of Nam Ngan hydropower project
3. Total expense in QIII/2012 decreased by about 16% compared to QIII/2011
