NST: Explanation for audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012
On 05/10/2012, Ngan Son JSC announces the explanation for the audit exception in semi-annual financial statement 2012 as follows:
1. About setting up and distribution of salary fund in the first 06 months 2012: the company set up the salary fund followed the salary price of 2011 and by the time of the financial statement of the first 06 months 2012, Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation had not had the transfer document of the salary price 2012 so the company set up the salary fund temporarily followed the salary price of 2011 defined in official document No. 601/TLVN-TCNS on 27/07/2011 of Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation.
0n 25/09/2012, Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation had the official document No. 667/TLVN-TCNS about transferring the salary price 2012 to Ngan Son JSC, in which the setting up and distribution of salary fund in the first 06 months 2012 was unchanged.
2. Explanation for not setting up planting and processing tobacco ingredients fund in the first 06 months of 2012:
Based on the Circular no. 164/2007/TT-BTC on 31/12/2007, the Board approved the company to set up planting and processing tobacco ingredients fund with the maximum of 2% of the material cost but because the operation of the company faced up some difficulties, the profit was not as expected so the company had not set up this fund.
