SPI: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 29/10/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Spilit JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter III/2012 Financial Statement. Reason is that the collection and processing of financial data have not being completed. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeure. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter III/2012 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
