HAI warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.166/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated November 19, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, H.A.I Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAI) has been warned in the entire stock market. Reason: The Company often violated the information disclosure regulation at Point 1.2.4 – Item 1 – Section II, Point 1.2, 1.3 - Item 1, Item 6 – Section IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010; and Item 3- Article 7, Item 3 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
