Kon Tum Sugar JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 31/10/2012 as follows:
1. Report of Management Board
2. Adjustment of 2012 operating plan
- Total revenue: VND 305,609 million
- Total profit before tax: VND 32,013 million
- Income tax: VND 5,662 million
- Profit after tax: VND 26,351 million
3. Operating plan of 2012-2013 crop
- Sugar-cane output: 200,000 tons
- Clean sugar-cane output: 196,000 tons
- Sugar output: 21,777.78 tons
- Consuming rate ( sugar-cane/sugar): 9 sugar-cane/sugar
- Total revenue: VND 308,300 million
- Total profit before tax: VND 19,521 million
- Income tax: VND 4,880 million
- Profit after tax: VND 14,641 million
4. Paying money in advance for famers
5. Holding Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 to approve the increase of charter capital from VND 39 billion to VND 50.7 billion and adjustment of operating plan of 2012
- The BOD agreed to increase charter capital from VND 39 billion to VND 50.7 billion by paying dividend in advance by shares for 2012.
