PVC: Supplementing purpose of using shareholder list

According to document no. 2133/DMC-KH dated 10 October 2012 of Drilling Mud Corporation supplementing purpose of using shareholder list, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:

The list of PVC share holders fixed on 26 September 2012 in accordance with notice no. 1495/TB-VSD dated 14 September 2012 by VSD will be used for holding a ballot, details are as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right;

- Content: Amendment of 2011 dividend payment rate prescribed in Section VI, Resolution No. 863/NQ - DMC of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 24 April 2012

- Planned execution time: 15 October 2012;
