EVE: Postpones the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to Dec 25

Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company announced a new meeting date for the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

-         Record date: November 30, 2012

-         Purpose: to organize an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

-         Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-         Meeting date: December 25, 2012 (instead of December 22, 2012)

-         Meeting venue: Factory No.3, Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company, Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen.

-         Main contents:
