PVR: Board Resolution on 04/10/2012

On 04/10/2012, PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC announces the Board Resolution as follows:

1. Approval of the adjustment in the Multistory Apartment Building and commercial service CT10-11 Van Phu, Ha Dong Province, Hanoi (as in the Statement No. 461/PVCR-KHDT on 08/08/2012).

2. To appoint the General Manager to deploy the above contents as obligated to law.

3. This resolution has affective since signed date, members of Board, Supervisory Board, Management Board and Head of Departments are responsible to implement this resolution.
