VSC: Green DMC JSC converted into a company limited

To implement Decision No.187/QD.HDQT.2012 by the Board of Directors, Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has changed Green DMC Joint Stock Company to Green Logistics Centre One-member Company Limited. The investment certificate of Green Logistics Centre was adjusted on November 23, 2012.
