Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.07 of the Board of Directors on October 30, 2012:

-         The Board of Directors approved to establish Radial Tire Factory at Lot G, Ta Quang Buu Street, Lien Chieu Industrial Zone, Da Nang City.

-         The Board of Directors approved to establish Human Resource Department, Labor - Wage Department by separating Wage - Labor - Human Department into two independent departments.

-         Time of establishment: from October 2012.
