DPR: Board resolution
Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 30, 2012:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved business result in 9 months of 2012 and business plan in Quarter 4/2012: - Products over 8% of plan - Profit before tax is 100% of plan Article 2: The payment for the first of 2012 dividend in cash with dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ share (VND1,500/ share) - Payment time: In November, 2012 Article 3: The Board of Directors approved taks of member of the BOD. Article 4: Mr. Le Tri Nhan replaced Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh as Director in Tan lap processing plant. Article 5: The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to set up Industrial and Environmental Management Department.
