PGD: Explanation for late disclosure

Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company explained the late disclosure as follows:

-         On August 23, 2012, PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation issued Resolution No. 102/NQ-KVN to increase the price to $10.55/MMBTU as from April 01, 2012 but PVGas D had not agreed. PVGas D sent disapproval documents and negotiated until September 2012. So, the company disclosed the information late.
