CKV: Explanation for change of over 10 percent in operating result in Quarter III/2012
According to the Financial Statement Quarter III/2012, operating result changes by more than 10% year on year. Post and Telecommunication Trading JSC (Cokyvina) explained the change in operating result in Quarter III/2012 as follows:
1. Increase of gross sale from merchandises and services
- QIII/2012 : VND37,138,158,421
- QIII/2011 : VND10,563,667,726
- Increases : VND26,574,490,695 (251%)
- Reasons : The company exploited and sell some new goods
2. Decrease of cost of goods sold
- QIII/2012 : VND36,070,242,448
- QIII/2011 : VND7,594,342,715
- Increases : VND28,475,899,733 (370%
- Reasons : Cost of goods sold increased equivalently to rise of gross sale
3. Decrease of gross profit from merchandises and services
- QIII/2012 : VND1,067,915,973
- QIII/2011 : VND2,969,325,011
- Decreased : VND1,901,409,038 (64%)
- Reasons : Gross sale from services in QIII/2012 decreased significantly
4. Increase of financial expense
- QIII/2012 : VND358,858,904
- QIII/2011 : VND5,734,319
- Decreased : VND352,851,585 (6.150%)
- Reasons : Payment of financial expense
5. Decrease of other profit
- QIII/2012 : VND9,429,054
- QIII/2011 : VND183,280,000
- Decreased : VND173,850,946 (90%)
- Reasons : In QIII/2012, there was not other income as in QIII/2011
6. Decrease of profit after tax
- QIII/2012 : VND765,371,897
