On October 05, 2012, the Board of Directors of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Phu Cuong as a member of the Board of Directors, and the resignation of Mr. Ho Xuan Binh as Deputy CEO, effective from October 05, 2012.
