BVH: Adjustment information on Key Personnel
Baoviet Holdings has announced adjustment information on key personnel as follows:
- On September 24, 2012, Baoviet Holdings announced to have appointed Mr. Le Van Binh as Director of Internal Audit until January 31, 2015. - But Baoviet Holdings is currently in the process of consolidating its organizational structure and leaders’ titles. So the title of Director of Internal Audit is classified into the level of Committee Leaders, but not into the level of Functional Block Directors. - Therefore, Le Van Binh - Director of Internal Audit is not a key personnel of Baoviet Holdings.
- On September 24, 2012, Baoviet Holdings announced to have appointed Mr. Le Van Binh as Director of Internal Audit until January 31, 2015.
- But Baoviet Holdings is currently in the process of consolidating its organizational structure and leaders’ titles. So the title of Director of Internal Audit is classified into the level of Committee Leaders, but not into the level of Functional Block Directors.
- Therefore, Le Van Binh - Director of Internal Audit is not a key personnel of Baoviet Holdings.
