BGM: Resolution on personnel change

Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 03, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved Mr. Vu Van Thao to leave his post as a member of the Board of Directors as from October 04, 2012.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Ngo Van Phuong as a member of the Board of Directors as from October 04, 2012.
