PXS: Explanation for submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements late

Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company explained the reviewed semi-annual financial statements submitted late because:

-         The company signed a contact with the auditing company to audit its semi-annual and annual consolidated financial statements.

-         According to Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, effective June 01, 2012, the company is required to submit it’s the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of the  Due to the urgent time, the company has yet to adjust the contract with the auditing company.  The company will submit its annual financial statements.
