KDC: Explanation for submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements late

Kinh Do Corporation explained the reviewed semi-annual financial statements submitted late because the auditing company recorded the reviewed financial statements on August 10, 2012 but actually signed, issued and sent the reviewed semi-annual financial statements back on August 28, 2012. The company checked and sent the reviewed financial statements to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on August 30, 2012 as regulated.
