SMES: Chairman and Vice Chairman Temporarily Arrested

On August 02, 2012, SMES Chairman cum CEO Phan Huy Chi and Vice Chairman Pham Minh Tuan were arrested for fraud and property appropriation during the implementation of cooperation agreement with PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (PVI) to invest in listed securities.
