HDC: HODECO cooperates with BIDV to support home buyers

On August 01, 2012, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) signed a cooperative agreement in order to support home buyers in HODECO projects.

-         Supermarket and Residential Building, Lot A, 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Vung Tau city.

-         18-storey Building, Lot B, 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Vung Tau city.

-         Phu My New Urban Area, Tan Thanh, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

-         Housing Area in the West of Road 3/2, Vung Tau city.

-         Housing Area in Ngoc Tuoc 2 Hill, Vung Tau city.

-         Low fix lending rate: 12% in the first six months from disbursement date. After that, lending rate will be BIDV’s normal rate, not higher than those regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.

-         Maximum lending term: 15 years.

-         The program will last until December 31, 2013.
