SME: Chair and Deputy Chair of the Board kept in temporary detention
SME SECURITIES CORPORATION announced that Mr. Phan Huy Chi, Chair of the Board and Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chair of the Board of the Company have been kept in temporary detention for investigation of defraudation relating to the Listed securities investment contract with PVI Holdings.
Mr. Phan Huy Chi has authorized another person to operate the Company while investigators are determining responsibilities of related people in the case.
