NTL: Announcement of changes in business license

Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company registered to change items in its business license and was granted the 11th business license by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City, effective from July 25, 2012:

-         Charter capital increased from VND328 billion to VND636 billion.
