SD2: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QII- 2012
According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2012, profit after tax decreased 71% compared to Quarter II/2011. Song Da No 2 JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QII/2012 as follows:
- In difficulties of the economy, the Government’s tighten monetary policy, high rate of bank interests and the lacking of capital of the project owners that caused the productivity and revenue were very low, profit decreased;
- The freezing of real estate’s trading has not brought additional profit;
