CDC: Explanation for business results in Q2/2012

Chuong Duong Corporation has announced explanation for (parent company) business result in Quarter 2/2012 as follows:

-         In financial statement in Quarter 2, 20121 of parent company, profit before tax was VND1.768 billion decreasing 65.25% compared to Quarter 2/2011.

-         Mainly because:

+         Revenue in Quarter 2/2012 was VND51.295 billion decreasing 7.89% compared to Quarter 2/2011 because revenue from office for rent in Quarter 2/2012 went down 24.22% compared to Quarter 2/2011.

+         Cost of goods sold in Quarter 2/2012 equivalent with cost of goods sold in Quarter 2/2011. In which, cost of goods sold from construction rose 3,5%, cost of goods sold from office for rent rose 12.89%.
