KTB: KTB warned in the entire stock market

According to Decision No.109/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated August 03, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KTB) was served a warning in the entire stock market.

Reason: The Company violated the information disclosure regulation at Point 1.1, 1.2.4 – Item 1 – Section II, Point 1.2, 1.3 Item 1, Item 6 – Section IV of Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010; and Item 3- Article 7, Item 3 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 04/05/2012.
