BTP: BTP signs power purchase and audit agreements
On July 18, 2012, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company signed the 2012 power purchase agreement with Vietnam Electricity (EVN) with capacity and electricity price:
Capacity price for 2012: 112,653 VND/kW/monthElectricity price for 2012: 986.70 VND/kW. On August 01, 2012, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company signed an audit agreement to choose Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Services Co., Ltd. (AASCS) as an auditor for its 2012 financial statements.
