HAP: Hapaco transfers stake in Hafinco

According to Board Resolution No.05/NQ-HAP dated 07/31/2012, Hapaco will transfer 2,000,000 shares in Hafinco Investment Joint Stock Company. After transfer, Hapaco will just own 1,500,000 shares, or 15% stake of Hafinco.
