GMX: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 16/08/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of My Xuan Brick Tile Pottery and Construction JSC No. 41.CV.GMX-2012 on 13/08/2012 asking for delay in submitting Reviewed Financial Statement 2012. Reason is that Dat Viet Company Limited are auditing
However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Reviewed Financial Statement according to current regulations.
