THG: Extension for submission of consolidated financial statements Q2.2012

On August 16, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document No. 372/TICCO dated August 15, 2012 by Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the Quarter 2.2012 consolidated financial statements until August 20, 2012. Reason: THG’s member companies calculated and adjusted costs of works, leading to a delay in submitting their financial statements.

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of THG must be approved in writing by the SSC. THG must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
