LHG: Extension for submission of reviewed semi-annual financial statements Q2.2012

On August 16, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Official Document No. 28/CB/LHC-TCKT/2012 dated August 16, 2012 by Long Hau Corporation has asked permission to extend the deadline to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of Quarter 2.2012 until August 25, 2012. Reason: the company changed new auditing company.

-         Pursuant to Article 5.2 of Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012, the proposal for information disclosure extension of LHG must be approved in writing by the SSC. lhg must disclose the financial statements after receiving the opinion of the SSC on the issue.
