CLG: Personnel change

On August 07, 2012, Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Trinh Xuan Ha  was appointed as Deputy CEO at Cotec Group (Cotec Group is parent company of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company)

-         Mr. Nguyen The Thanh – Deputy Chairman of the BOD replaced Mr. Trinh Xuan Ha  as CEO at Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company.

-         Effective date: August 06, 2012
