NHS: Personnel change

Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Thai Van Chuyen from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors

-         Mr. Thai Van Chuyen was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

-         Mr. Ran Kim Dung replaced Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa as CEO as from August 02, 2012
