According to Decision No.427/QD-HDQT dated August 3, 2012 of the BOD, Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VOS) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dung, Director of VOSCO – Hochiminh City Branch, as Deputy CEO of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company cum Director of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company - Hochiminh City Branch as from August 3, 2012 to August 3, 2017.
