SBT: Resolution of the BOD

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to add business lines as follows:

• Exporting and importing cane and sugar.
• Producing and trading alcohol and post-alcohol additional products.
• Trading real estate, leasing apartments, offices and houses.
• Investing finance.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from July 26, 2012.
