SBT: Resolution of the BOD

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to add business lines as follows:

- Exporting and importing cane and sugar.

- Producing and trading alcohol and post-alcohol additional products.

- Trading real estate, leasing apartments, offices and houses.

- Investing finance.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from July 26, 2012.

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized CEO to transfer

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 18, 2012
