AGD: Explanation for business result of parent company in Q2.2012

Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company explained the over-ten-percent difference in business result between Quarter 2/2012 and Quarter 2/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 was VND34.2 billion, decreasing VND6 billion compared to the same period last year (in quarter 2/2011, profit after tax (not audited) was VND40.2 billion) because the following reasons:

+         Net revenue went down VND47 billion (19%).

+         Although gross profit increased VND6 billion, financial profit decreased VND13.4 billion compared to the same period last year mainly because profit transferred from subsidiaries went down leading to profit decreased VND7.5 billion.
