LBM: Explanation for consolidated business result in Quarter 2/2012

Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in consolidated business result of Quarter 2/2012 and Quarter 2/2011 according to the consolidated financial statements:

-         Revenue in Quarter 2/2012 was VND54.837 billion, decreasing by 5.83% compared to VND58.227 billion in Quarter 2/2011, and profit in Quarter 2/2012 was VND4.092 billion decreased by 35.85% compared to VND6.379 billion in Quarter 2/2011. In which:

+        Revenue of subsidiary ( Hiep Tien kaolin enterprise) in  Quarter 2/2012 was VND7.961 billion decreased by 63.57% compared to VND12.523 billion in Quarter 2/2011. Profit in  Quarter 2/2012 was VND1.272 billion decreased by 58.37% compared to VND2.179 billion in Quarter 2/2011.

+        Profit of subsidiary (Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company in Quarter 2/2012 was VND1.106 billion decreasing 49.39% compared to VND2.239 billion in Quarter 2/2011.
