PNC: Explanation for business result of parent company in Q2/2012

Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation explained the fluctuation in profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 (parent company) compared to Quarter 2/2011:

-         Sales did not increase strongly because demand to goods of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation in quarter 2/2012 went down.

-         The borrowing cost went down but interest expense in Quarter 2/2012 was higher than the same period of 2011.

-         Input expenses were high.

-         Other incomes in Quarter 2/2012 were higher than in Quarter 2/2011, because Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation liquidated machineries and equipments.
