Net revenue in Quarter 2/2012 increased 15.8% compared to
Quarter 2/2011 because the Company’s clinker export in the first six month rose
and was equal to 314% of the same period of last year.

Profit in Quarter 2/2012 was equal to 26.4% of profit in
Quarter 2/2011 because interest expense went up 18%, selling expense up 53%,
and administrative up 10% compared to Quarter 2/2011.

DIC’s main business is construction materials. Therefore,
that the real estate market has frozen affected DIC’s revenue in this period.
