VCS: VCS increases charter capital

According to Amended License No.96/GPDC-UBCK dated June 25, 2012 of the State Securities Commission, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCS) announces the capital increase as follows:

-         VCS’s old charter capital: VND378,000,000,000.

-         VCS’s new charter capital:VND396,900,000,000.

-         Effective date: June 25, 2012.
