TIX: Withdrawal of capital from Taniservice

On June 26, 2012, the BOD of TIX issued a decision to withdrawal of capital from of Taniservice as from June 26, 2012 as follows:

-         A minimum capital contribution of 35% on equity of Taniservice equivalent 1,750,000 shares or VND17,500,000,000 ( par value: VND10,000/share).

-         Number of shares which Tanimex is holding: 4,500,000 shares

-         Number of shares which Tanimex decides to retain: 1,750,000 shares

-         Number of shares which Tanimex expects to transfer: 2,750,000 shares

-         A minimum transfer price: VND13,500/shares
