AGR: Report on the using of capital

In 2010, AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation (AGRISECO) mobilized capital by a public offering. Now, AGRISECO reports the using of capital as follows:

-         AGRISECO invested in works following plans in prospectus:

+         Invest in facilities, technology and human resource;

+         Develop safe lucrative businesses.

-         AGRISECO is completing procedures and waiting guidelines for the capital to establish a VND100-billion fund management company.
