SRF: Resolution on share buy-back

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation announced a resolution of the Meeting of Shareholders date July 16, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The meeting approved to share buy-back.

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: not exceed 30% of total shares issued

-         Authorized the Board of Director to decide price, method and time

Article 2: The meeting authorized the Board of Director to implement necessary procedures to complete the issue.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from July 16, 2012.
