On 02/05/2012, VICEM Hoa Phat Construction Stone JSC explained difference in financial statement 2011 before and after auditing as follows:
- Profit after tax before auditing: VND 2,355,579,061
- Profit after tax after auditing: VND 2,355,641,218
- Difference: VND 62,157
Reason for the difference is that the Company didn’t calculate expenses for environment preservation and remuneration for the BOD (part-time).
