Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment 2011 as follows:

-         Payment method: in cash (total payment: VND56,000,000,000)

-         Record date: June 20, 2012

-         Payment date: July 11, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from June 04, 2012.
